ABOUT OUR FOOD
Would you like to know about the food we use to create our delicious burgers? We only use the best fresh ingredients.
We use sugar-free sourdough made by La Madre Bakery and they are delivered fresh every day. We also use gluten-free buns made by Zehnder in Brisbane. For the carb conscious, we can also serve our burgers in a delicious fresh iceberg lettuce cup.
Our meat is from Gippsland Fresh which supplies hormone and chemical free meat from Gippsland, delivered fresh daily. We make all our beef patties ourselves right here on the premises. They are always fresh, not frozen, contain no preservatives and are 95% fat free.
We use free range chicken pieces and make our own crumbed chicken by hand. Our fish is fresh too, never frozen, and we use rockling and salmon.
Did you know that we roast our own vegetables? Capsicum, mushroom, sliced pumpkin, eggplant and zucchini are all quality checked by us and then roasted for delicious flavour.
Petoula’s are an Albanian donut, made fresh to order with our traditional family recipe. Petoula's are best eaten with Honey and Pistachio.
We have a great team of young and energetic people working with us. They love the atmosphere of The Burger Lounge and we love having such enthusiastic team members. They are as passionate about good food as we are and they love it when we get really busy!
